This policy covers mgtlimited.com. It explains what the site collects, where that information goes, and how long it is kept. It also describes how client information is handled during a consulting engagement, because that is the question most people arriving here actually have.

Information you send us

The contact form on this site collects four things: your name, your organization, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is required, and there is no account to create.

Submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. They pass through Resend in transit and are then stored in our email. We keep them so we can follow up and maintain a record of the conversation. If you would like a submission deleted, email us and we will remove it.

The form asks you not to include patient names or protected health information, and we mean it. If you need to discuss anything involving PHI, say so and we will arrange an appropriate channel first.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (property G-FYFKVZ65WG) to understand which pages get read and how people arrive. That involves cookies and collects things like approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site.

We use it in aggregate to decide what to write about. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and there are no advertising or remarketing pixels on this site.

Client information during an engagement

Engagement data is handled under the terms of the individual engagement agreement, not this website policy. Access is limited to what the work requires, and information is returned or destroyed at the end of an engagement on request.

Where an engagement involves protected health information, MGT Limited acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA and will execute a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI is exchanged.

Where AI-assisted tooling is used to organize or reconcile data during an engagement, the specific tools and their handling terms are agreed in writing beforehand. Protected health information is not placed into general-purpose AI services.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send newsletters or marketing email from form submissions; if you write to us, you get a reply about your inquiry.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will handle it. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with an extension, and the site works fine without them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no version history published, so if you need a copy of the terms in effect on a particular date, ask and we will provide one.
